This Privacy Policy explains how Tool Hub ("we", "our", "the site") handles information when you use the free online tools and the optional Pro unlock available at tools.classpet.site.

1. The short version

The tools are designed to run entirely in your browser. We do not require accounts, do not ask for your name or email to use the tools, and do not collect or store the content you paste into them on our servers. Tool input stays on your device.

2. Information we process

• Tool inputs: data you paste into any tool is processed locally in your browser. It is not transmitted to us or stored by us.
• Unlock status (local): when you unlock Pro, your unlock code and unlock state are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. Clearing your browser data removes them and the unlock may no longer apply.
• Payment information: payments for Pro unlocks are processed by our payment provider (Creem), acting as Merchant of Record. We do not see or store your card number or payment details.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting/CDN provider may process standard technical data (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps) for security, performance, and statistics.

3. Third-party services

• Creem (creem.io) processes payments and handles tax compliance as Merchant of Record. Their privacy practices apply to payment pages.
• Cloudflare provides content delivery and protection for this site.
• Code dispenser service: a small serverless service issues and verifies Pro unlock codes. It stores only the issued code and its activation count, not personal information.

4. Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. The site may use local storage for your unlock code/state, and standard cookies or similar technology may be used by third parties (such as Cloudflare) for basic operation and security.

5. Data retention

We retain as little data as possible. Unlock codes and their activation counts are kept only as long as needed to operate the unlock feature. Technical logs are retained briefly for security and troubleshooting.

6. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your choices and rights

You can clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove locally stored unlock data. Data processed by payment providers is subject to their policies; contact them for requests regarding payment data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
