These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tool Hub (the "site"), available at tools.classpet.site. By using the site or purchasing the Pro unlock, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The site offers a collection of free online tools (formatters, validators, converters and similar utilities) that run in your browser. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available" for personal and commercial use.

2. Pro unlock

• The Pro unlock is a one-time purchase of USD .99 that unlocks Pro features in the buying browser.
• After payment, you receive a personal unlock code (format TF-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Enter it on the unlock page to activate.
• One code activates up to 3 devices. It is intended for a single user; sharing or reselling codes is not permitted.
• The unlock is tied to your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes the unlock. Lost codes can be re-issued to the same buyer by contacting support.
• Because the unlock is delivered instantly in digital form, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise determined by our payment provider's policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including: attempting to disrupt or overload the service, reverse-engineering or circumventing the unlock mechanism, reselling access, or using the tools for unlawful purposes.

4. Our content

The site, its design, and its text are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws unless otherwise noted. The tools are offered for use; you may not copy or republish the site itself in substantial form.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and tools are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the tools are error-free or uninterrupted. Tool results should be verified independently where accuracy matters.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the Pro unlock.

7. Third-party payments

Payments are processed by Creem, an independent Merchant of Record. Purchases are subject to Creem's own terms and privacy policy for the payment flow.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
